Suggest me good wmi hook service download link

Hi Expert, I downloaded the wmi (windows management instrumentation) hook service,  for  managing  the data and operations on windows based operating systems.  When attempting to start the wmi service.  I am getting the following error : 1068 the dependency service failed to start.  Please suggest me good wmi hook service download site or direct link?
