I am collecting the ideas about using the database in classroom. Can you give me those ideas or sample microsoft works and the ways I can use it? I would like to try it with Microsoft Works 4.0. Thank you!

Suggest me sample Microsoft works for classroom

Hi Isabellartd,

For your classroom database in Microsoft Works 4.0, you could try Sorting the data first in the form of number or alphabet where multitask of sorting are possible.

Steps are:

• From the View menu select List View
• From the Edit menu select "Select All"
• From the Tools menu select Sort Records
• From the Sort Records choose the fields to be used for sorting

 

You can also create classroom database by Using mail merge.
