Ringtone Maker is a free application that gives you the opportunity to upload mp3 and make the cuts you want. It is really easy to use. You just upload your song, then you select the part you wish using two sliders. The one is for the beginning of your ringtone and the other for the end. You select the area that you need and click the ''OK'' button.
