Symantec Recovery Disk error and the PcAnywhere connection fails

When I am attempting to connect to a Symantec PcAnywhere thin host will be launched within a Lights-out restore session and through a Symantec Recovery Disk error and the PcAnywhere connection fails. The error is listed below is generated.

The selected computer is not responding.

Connection cannot be made

Symantec Recovery Disk error and the PcAnywhere connection fails

Hello,

When trying to connect using PCAnywhere,Symantec Recovery disk error occurs because either the remote computer or the host uses earlier version of pcAnywhere solution.This two other version are not compatitable so it fails to connect to the remote computer. For solving the issue, upgrade the version of PCAnywhere from its earlier version which is used by the remote computer. For more details go to the link.
