Sync active directory with CRM

Hi techyv experts,

I am using office 365. I am getting trouble while synchronizing that with the active directory. Can any of the experts explain me, how to sync active directory with CRM. Please provide me step by step process of doing the same, to resolve the issue.

Sync active directory with CRM

Hi Leonard,
The steps to sync active directory with CRM are as follows:
1) Create a group in active directory

2) Log in the Office 365 admin center as an administrator
3) From the Admin menu, Select 'CRM' option

4) Change the value of Instance security group to the user created value
5) Restart the Office 365 and perform the specific operation
