System restarts after connecting to internet (win 8)

I try to create internet connection with PPPoE, but after login/password input i press Next and loads till the middle and then says something like "Sorry, but we have to restart your computer" and after system offers to send report to Microsoft and nothing more. The only thing that worked was installing Windows 7, but I want to go back to Win 8, so please advise what can I do?

Hello Martha Nelson,   If you are using any internet service provider, Then only you can use PPPoE internet connection. Also it depends on your modem that which type of setting you need to stop this force shut down the system. Also there will a window prompt up which ask for either window restart or restart later. Click on restart later always.
