The table cuts off data when i key in data

Hi,

When I am keying in data into a table, the table just cuts off the data.

My intention is to facilitate a word wrap or increase the size of the table.

I have used my knowledge to solve the problem, but I still cannot be able to solve it. Please help.

The table cuts off data when i key in data

Hi Harry

It is vital which format you give for each cell, this determines how data is displayed in the cell.

If the cell format is set as general it will be displayed whole as it is, even if the data is bigger than the cell size it will make it expand to show the data. If the cell format is set to text and the size of the data exceeds beyond a certain point then the size of cell will remain the same and #### will be shown instead of the text.

You can see the text by clicking on the cell. So if you want the whole text to be visible I suggest you set the cell format to general.

You can set the cell to wrap text by right clicking on the cell and clicking Format cells, go to alignment tab, click on the checkbox wrap text.

This will make it look tidy.

What do you mean of 'cuts off the data'?

Can you give us a sample screenshots of what it looked like or steps on how you did that?

The table cuts off data when i key in data

When you have been selected a table you must select Row and Column.You certainly can extent the size of the table.Click on Row you will see Row height and change the number up you will increase the size of the table Row.

Click on Column you will find the Column height and when you change formatted number from  like 1 to 10 you will extend the size of the table Column.

Please kindly try again as I'm requesting you for this moment.I'm utmost sure that if you please follow up my solutions you must overcome your difficulties.
