Tablet has crashed tried to wipe clean didn’t work?

I have the Galaxy Tablet GT 1010 7" and have just loved it until now 🙁 seems like we've had a crash I've tried to do the wipe data thing and it didn't work now all I have is a little android guy and a triangle need HELP!

All that you need to do is to install a fresh Android OS on your tablet. This concept is just similar to installing a new window on a PC when the old one started issuing.
