Tablet keyboard on a case not working

Hi there,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1  which I purchased a case with a keyboard  from Ebay to use with at home, I connected to the tablet using USB port, the Keyboard is not being recognized by the Tablet, I have tried to check for drivers, though the keyboard is indicated plug and play, what could be the problem and how can I fix this?

Tablet keyboard on a case not working

Hi Frank,
The steps to attach the tablet to the keyboard are as follows:
1) Remove the two port protectors from the port holes on the bottom of the tablet
2) Align the keyboard docks connector and tablet PC and insert the tablet PC in the slot
3) Turn the Wireless of the tablet on and search the keyboard device
4) Select the keyboard device when it appears on the tablet
5) Enter the pin code for the keyboard on the tablet and set a connection
6) The keyboard will be connected to the tablet and the user can use the device
