I received fatal error 1603 Windows 7 while I tried to install package from the Windows Installer. How did I get it and what is its remedy?

Tackling Fatal Error 1603 Windows 7 For Good.

The fatal error 1603 occurs when you try to install app pre-installed in the system, encrypted folder, lack of full control of System Account, etc. You can fix this error by uninstalling the app that is pre-installed in the system. Choose the unencrypted folder while installing the package. Try giving the Full Access permissions to the System account. Similarly, never use a substitute drive. Try one of the mentioned resolutions and enjoy the error-free Windows 7.
