Hi, currently i am using Tally 9. While I was processing one of my transaction the following error occurred.
Can someone please explain why did the error occurred?
Existing tally!
Internal error. contact tally solution.

Hi,
Tally provides an easy company rewriting option using which you can overcome the problem.
The steps you need to follow are:
1.   Start Tally and go to the Company Selection Screen.
2.   Now use Ctrl + Alt + R key combination, this launches the Company Rewrite utility. A screenshot is shown below.
3.   Now select the last company profile you have been working on and press Enter to start the rewrite process.
This process should solve your problem.

               Here are the things you can try to resolve the issue with Tally :

Edit the Tally.ini Config file – Sometimes Tally automatically load a company and if the company file is corrupted you can’t start Tally, what you can do is set the default companies to no. After that save and then restart Tally, if it starts without problem the issue would be your company file.

Adjust screen resolution to 1024 x 768.

Remove or delete printers.
