Tansee iPhone transfer SMS problems

Hi guys!

I've just installed tansee iPhone transfer sms so that I can finally backup my iPhone sms to my computer. However, it seems that I can't use it for that purpose. What should I do to transfer sms from my iphone to my computer using this application? Should I uninstall this program and download another one from a different website? I've already paid for this app so downloading a new one would be my last resort for this problem.

I hope you could help me solve this problem without downloading a new one.

Tansee iPhone transfer SMS problems

Hi Lenore Balark,

I would like to recommend to you to check all the necessary software requirements before using the application on your mac, the requirements are as follows:

1. You must have updated and installed your iTunes first before testing the tansee sms transfer
2. The supporting operating system are win98, 2000, ME, XP, 2003, Vista, win7 and win8
3. You must have properly connected your iPhone, iPod and iPad

With all these, you must have used the software without errors.
