Howdy guys! I attempted to load the task manager but I unfortunately get an error message in return.

C:Windowssystem32taskmgr.exe

Windows cannot find ‘C:Windowssystem32taskmgr.exe’. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

Windows cannot able to locate the words that I typed.

Please help me shed some light on this problem.

Hi Jonathon

You should have a virus on your computer. Scan your computer with an updated antivirus and activate it manually. To activate your task manager,

Click on star then run; Enter gpedit.msc ,

Select Administrative Templates

Chose System and then Crtl+Alt+Del Options

Open Remove Task Manager and change the value

It should work.

Thank you

Throughout years, the default "Task Manager" in Windows has always been lackluster. The best possible replacement for it is "Process Explorer", which is available for download by clicking here. Once downloaded, extract it from the archive and run "procexp.exe"

Although at first it might overwhelm an inexperienced user with the sheer amount of data, Process Explorer gives invaluable insight into the functioning of the Windows operating system and provides useful options which Task Manager does not, such as "Suspend Process".
