Task in merging data the best way

I am merging some data and need to drop out some unused lines and split some of the right and left lines to embed spaces. Is there a software that produces something very appealing and pleasing procedure on merging data?

Well, it is not a procedure but a component in the ms word program. You can carry out the task that you have stated in the question very well by creating a table in ms word and then merging those rows or columns that you do not want as follows:

• You will need to open the word program that you are using on your computer by going to start, all programs and then choose ms office.
• With ms word opened, you will need to go to insert in the menu and then click on table.
• Specify the number of rows and columns that you want the table to have and then click OK.

The table will appear in ms word, and if you want to merge any rows or columns you will just select them and then right click and choose merger cells.
