Tcl83 Dll Missing

I saw a file in my windows task manager with name tcl83 dll and it shows the processes as running but when I run the program associated with it. An error message prompts saying tcl83 dll is missing. Can someone bring up a solution to this error?

Tcl83 Dll Missing

To solve this error you have to fix all the bugs that are there in your PC i.e. run a PC scan. Then uninstall you already downloaded tcl83 dll file and update your windows with all the updates available and then reinstall your tcl83 dll file.
