You can solve your problem in following ways.

1. Make sure you are using TV ‘host’ on the remote computer.
2. Make sure you are filling the right username and password.
3. Make sure the computer’s firewall is not blocking Team Viewer and letting it use the internet.
4. Temporarily disable your antivirus and attempt to connect.
5. If there is any update pending for the software, please do it. Try reinstalling the software.
6. Make sure you are not using any proxy for internet connected.
7. Try to run the software as ‘administrator.’
