Hi there,
I have this desktop HP pro 3500 Microtower PC, I recently installed TeamViewer 9.0.24482, the package indicated that I will be able to share desktop view, or even control another computer to offer assistance, but nothing is happening on my computer, I have tried uninstalling then having a fresh install, but still its not working, How does this software work, how do firewalls affect its functionality?

Team Viewer is a software to remote control between two PCs. If you want to offer assistance to from your PC to another PC you must have the ID and the password that the Team Viewer software offers to you. Also the other PC must have installed the same software and version as you. Enter the ID from the Team Viewer that the partner gave to you and press "Connect to partner" and you will have access to the other PC. This process is available vice versa.
