Tell me more about app to make the pictures larger. I need the latest application that will allow the user to extend the picture size, or resize any pictures from larger to smaller and vice versa. Our business needs this kind of software, how much does it cost and please recommend the best, secure, latest and user friendly interface and features.

There are lots of image editing tools available today and the availability of them is increasing day by day. There are not only offline software, but also online image editing tools are present. All of them allow different functionalities as well as different levels of satisfaction upon using them. The most famous among them will be Adobe Photoshop or Google Picasa.
