The Staff Capacity Template is a great tool for a certain company or department to determine that the employees are aligned to the goals and objectives and are moving forward to the right direction.

This also helps you manage your employees’ time and work scheduling.

On other way, this can also be a tool to monitor and assess their skills depending on the kind of job they are handling.
