Recently I have heard about index of upskirt. Is there any technical word like index of upskirt. If there is a word like this what is the meaning of it and where and when this term is used. If this is not a technical question than ignore this.

There is not such a Technical work about which you are asking. But index is a technical word that is mostly use in computer programming. Indexing is a term that is refer to arrays. But "index of upskirt " is not a technical word. If you want to learn about index then you have to know about some of the programming languages. Because technically it is used there.

 "index of upskirt" is not a technical term as a whole. But considering the term "index of", it is a technical term. In order to explain index of, consider an encyclopedia as an example. It is full of information and you are looking for a specific word and its occurrences in the book. It is then you reach out to the index of the book.
