If you want to copy and paste some formatted text so that the text becomes unformatted where should it be pasted?

Could you perform that operation?

Hi Jagodish,

There is always a way with that.

  • First go to paste option then click the without the formatting in your system. But this doing are so much time consuming. So also you can try this one step.
  • You can create macro and run it to your system. So it means that automatic when you paste it then format had gone.
  • Now here it is. Go to start Word then on the tools menu click the macro then macros to display the dialog box.
  • Type the “pasteunformattedtext”. Be sure that all the active documents is displayed in the macros list then click create.

That’s it hope this will work in your system.

Thanks,
