Few advantages of Microsoft Project are:

• Its Users are always increasing.
• It is very much reliable.
• It integrates very easily with other MS Products.
• It can be used when the internet connection is not there.

Few Disadvantages of Microsoft Project are:

• Need training to use the product.
• It does not focus on any particular Industry.
• It does not have any real collaboration.
• It is not compatible with PC not having the product.
• The Offline application is a disadvantage also.
