I run a DVD shop. I create a lot of music CDs and DVDs by myself. I use software for this purpose. Once, while using this software, I encountered an error saying DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.  What should I do now?

The Software, DVD Shrink Encountered An Error And Cannot Continue. Please Help.

You need to solve this problem in the least amount of time. This is a critical problem and might shut down your business. You can try any of the methods given below to solve this error.

1. You need to set the region code of your drive. The region code must be in an appropriate format and specific to your region.
2. Make sure you are inserting the DVD in the same drive as mentioned in error. If you have more than one DVD drives, try another one.
3. Update your DVD Shrink software from its registered website. Beware of phishing!
