Hello experts, I was trying to install Microsoft Office then I got this error message displayed as The windows installer service could not be accessed.

Please help me in solving this error.

The windows installer service files are missing.

Hello, this problem occurs when Windows installer files are missing or damaged. To solve this problem, use the following method.

• Using the MSConfig tool, you can confirm whether the installer service is running or not.

1. Click start, and then click Run.
2. Type MSConfig and then click OK.
3. Go to the services tab, select the box which is next to the Windows installer. 

4. Click on OK and then Restart the PC.
5. Reinstall MS Office, type product key, and then click Next. MS Office can be installed.
