Hi Jonathanchandler,
There is some software out in the internet.
Android mobile internet speed booster:

Mobile internet speed:

And try these steps to speed up your Mobile internet,
1. Connect to WiFi and you can enjoy fast speeds.
2. Use Open space without any walls or metals around you. It will increase your signal quality. Walls absorb signal and some uneven space scatter them.
3. Use mobile internet in Off Peak hours. It can boost your speed, Because using traffic is really low. Basically night time.
4. Update your mobile firmware and always keep It up to date.
5. If you can use booster antenna. It will capture more signal for you.
Good Luck.

Hello Jonathan,
You can boost the internet speed on your mobile device using the following procedures:
-
You can do an upgrade of the mobile modem's firmware. The most recent version of the mobile's firmware can strengthen its signal, and also correct fix bugs as well as enhance its system functionality for better performance.
-
Locate an area that offers the best network capability for your mobile Internet modem and surf from there.
-
Move the mobile device closer to an open space or a place that is raised, for instance a window or upstairs.
-
Surf during off peak hours when there is less congestion.
Regards,
Carl
