Is there an alternative print service utility for HP?

Hi there. 

I'm having problems with my HP k510a PhotoSmart all in one printer with ePrint. 

My desktop sometimes won't detect the printer wirelessly or through the cable. 

Is there an alternative print service utility for HP other than the HP Solution Center?

HP Company has a unique software related to HP devices especially printers which is HP Solution Center. There is some models that seem to be refurbished and deficient.

 

Your HP k510a PhotoSmart all in one printer not listed in HP blogs as a deficient one. You may contact HP customer service to help you configure a LAN Network between your printer and your computers. 

 

The phone number of HP customer service's WorldWide is 1-(800)-474-6836

 

Important : The authentication type for this kind of device is WPA2 PSK when you will use a Wireless connection.
