Is there an Anno 2070 fps booster?

I just installed the Anno 2070 game on my laptop.  The gameplay is a bit choppy at 60 fps so I'm wondering if there is an Anno 2070 fps booster?  My laptop has an Intel Core i5 processor, 4 GB RAM, 1 GB Nvidia Geforce Graphics Card, 500 GB HDD and Windows 7 64 bit.  Is it the settings or my video card hardware?

1. Don't run any program aside from Anno 2070 game. I mean, limit yourself opening several programs.
