Is there any blog maker offline software or tools?

Hi guys I need blog maker offline software or tools. I want to edit my blog also want to create new offline blog then publish online. I am wonder is there any tools or software? Do you know this issue? If you can please help me with details. I want it will support: Windows, Mac, Linux OS and can spell check, multi-blog post, tags etc. Please do not ask me any question because I have not much knowledge about it.

There are many software's out there that help in offline blog creation. BlogDesk is a software that you can use to create a blog offline.
