I am using Outlook and need a manager that can store and manage all my contacts through my server. Is there any business contact manager database tool for Outlook?

There is an official contact manager that helps store the contacts on the server and creates a database for managing the data efficiently.

The above is the link that helps you to download and use the software, and it automatically identifies your server settings and creates a database that provides authorised access to specific users. Once you install this tool to create a new database in the server Open the tool and specify the database name and the secure password which can create a database server instance and finally click on close button to finish the process.
