There is no freeware Add-in in Excel regarding enhances Excel graphics. Excel is complete software to create their graph pertaining their figures. Also, you can see Excel 2010 if your requirement is not completing in previous version. Otherwise, if you also not satisfy to Excel graphics you have to create graphic your self in any graphic design software. If you know Adobe photoshop, thus designing of graphic will be very simple for you to design as per your demand.
Just Install Adobe Photoshop, make your desire design and when finalized, save file as a JPG.
Afterward, open Excel, go to insert menu and put your design file among or amongst your data where you want show your graphic files.
