I have my own very own shop which sells a lot of household things. For making our operations easier, we rely on Windows Scheduled tasks. But, we face some problems with it. It has no provision of being accessed by people other than administrators and no mechanism which will alert us when some job has failed. Can you suggest any good alternative to Windows task scheduler?

I Think the best option for you is visual cron. It will fulfill both the things you have mentioned, because it can be accessed by multiple people easily, and also it has an email mechanism which will alert all the people using it when a job has not been completed.
You can download it for free from here:Â https://www.visualcron.com/
It requires no programming experience and has a great user-friendly interface.
