Is there any open source personnel database?

Hi guys,

I know there are many program for us to create personal database such as Access, Oracle, SQL server. However, they are not open source. Is there any open source personnel database? Where can I download?

Is there any open source personnel database?

Wassup Conrad, I think I can help you with that question,there are many personal databases, but the one which is very open and I would direct you to is on a website known as WaypointHR(http://waypointhr.com/) this is an opensource database for users information, employee records if its an instance of an organization. Oracle, SQL and Ms Access are also instances of open source if connected at times, but WaypointHR is more developed and better.

 

Once you download the database,you can then install but ensure any other database software sch as MySQL or Oracle is uninstalled. You can then install by clicking on the Install button then following the prompts given.
