Hi everyone,
I am looking for an online tool to build and analyze Boolean networks. It will be best if there is any open source network builder, like in a website or so. I'd appreciate if you come up with the features as well.
Thanks!
Bauman
Is there any site which offers open source network builder tools?
Hi there, you can build boolean networks in several ways:
1. You can download a software that performs that function. You can get one in this link:Â http://www.psych.utah.edu/stat/Network_Builder/
2. You can also do it online (as you preferred). http://www.wolframalpha.com/ will be of assistance to you. I hope this information answers your questions.
