Hi Experts
Can anyone here tell me How should I know if it will damage or normal if the run of my CPU is 100% for a long period of time while running some applications from Adobe Light room Beta from Windows? Any help
Thank you
Is there any way to know that issue
hello user
That is hell of a cpu usage for program such as Adobe LightRoom. Usually games cause this high cpu usage. This must increase the temperature of cpu above the tolerable limit. You should monitor your cpu temperature by special software such as Core Temp, CPU Thermometer; Both are free. Install it and see whether your cpu temperature rises above 60 – 70 degree celsius while working. This high temperature could damage your processor if let for a long period.
To help cool your cpu clean the fan and the heat sink. Applying thermal paste on the processor will help too. Also check whether the fan is spinning on its maximum speed when temperature is high.
