Is there a DOS process unlocker

Hi guys.  I'm trying to delete a folder but I keep on getting the "Cannot delete the folder:  It is being used by another person or program" error.  Is there a DOS process unlocker so I can delete the folder?  I'm on a Windows XP 64 bit system.

Hi Dorethadhoward, based on my own experiences those types of errors happen every time you are trying to delete a folder that actually has an application or a program attached. Take some time to check on the task bars and menu buttons and also the add/remove programs to check that folder association. Basic power cycling or restarting your computer after such deletions would also help.
