Hi,
The Samsung galaxy ace has a processor which has the ARMv6 archicture. However the mobile version of Firefox required a v7Â and therefore it crashes ever time you load it. Talking layman Firefox is not supported by galaxy ace. Try other browsers which might be built in or you can use Opera mini too.

Hi,
The phone, Samsung Ace has a HVGA resolution of 320×480. Mozilla Firefox has many requirements such as ARMv7 processor and 800×480 screen resolution. So it cannot be installed on your phone. And if you have installed a ported version of Firefox, it will crash immediately. To run it, upgrade to a new phone with a above specification.

Your Samsung Galaxy Ace Smartphone runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. If you use Mozilla Firefox on your device, make sure you are using a supported version. To make sure you are using the latest version supported by your phone, download Mozilla Firefox for Android on the Google Play store.
The latest version of the browser has received numerous negative feedbacks from users so please check the feedbacks first before downloading on the Google Play store. If the latest version still is problematic, try downloading an older version from Mozilla Firefox for Android – Old Versions. See if this works.
Alternatively, you can use other browsers like Google Chrome, Opera Mini, UC Browser, CM Browser, Dolphin Browser, Samsung Internet Browser, and more.
