It would be better for execute directly users by using direct management through commanding in user manager. Here i suggests you more effective suggestion for get rid from the problem of managing hundreds of user.
Most efficient way for managing user of Linux is through commanding. For adds new user “useradd”, to delete persisting user “userde”, to modify “usermod” for add group add/mod/de also used with group. You also can use Tool watch for software based management. There is an inbuilt user management tool in Linux. So you can manage all users and groups in your computer using that tool. You can manage users using command line tool or using GUI tool. The easiest way is manage users using GUI tool. Click on System Menu click Administration sub menu select Users and Groups. It shows a simple user interface to create and manage users.
