Is there a management monitor that would split computer screen views?

Hi people!

I am having several employees who are working for me online, with most of them working concurrently. It has been a very difficult task to monitor what they are doing at all the times since I have only two screens that I use for my works. I would like to have a management monitor software that I can use to split the screen view to view whatever they are doing and be able to take screenshots at the same time. Any recommendations?

Its latest version has some of the excellent features that can help you in splitting your screen of windows.
