Hi TechyV,

My C drive is of 100 GB capacity, uploaded with images and software.

While I am downloading images from yahoo mail, I got the below error message.

Kindly help me in clearing the drive so that I can resume my activity.

Hello Mr. Josiemelissaa,

I think the C drive of your computer does not have any free space. That is why this error message shows. You have to clean your C drive. Check out the files and delete those files which are not important. Then select your important files and copy them in a dvd or any other drive.

Then go to the option and select 'clean my documents'. Your computer will clean C drive. Then restart your computer, install the copied programs in C drive.

Hi Josiemelissaa,

I think you do not have much space on your drive C on computer.

First, you should clean up your computer by using clean up software. After some time of using, there will be unwanted files on your PC such as junk files, temporary internet files, temporary system file. They occupy much space. Use CCleaner or Glary Utilities software to clean up.

After that, you should copy some of your files (files not be used regularly) to DVD or extend HDD to back up.

Then you continue to download your images.
