Is there a platform that I can use for fully secure downloads?

Hello! I carry out a lot of downloads as I like trying new applications that come up. However, I get attacked quite often due to spyware and other computer viruses. Is there a way to ensure that I only access secure downloads? I want a platform where I can download stuff and anything that is suspicious is automatically blocked. Cheers!

Greetings! To make sure what you download are all safe and not spyware, viruses, or any malicious software, you need an antivirus installed in your PC. If you already have one, make sure it is up to date and has efficient system protection. You could Avast which offers free but excellent service. Automatically scan incoming files including downloads and blocks them/alerts you if found dangerous. You may check antivirus comparison charts to see which you think are up to your expectations.
