Is there a portable 3D printer

I have heard  a lot about these 3D printers. I was wondering is there a portable printer that you could take with you ?

Is there a portable 3D printer

Hi Mary,

I have also heard a lot about it and it has led me to do research on the same. By July 18th, there was no 3D Portable printer in the market but  The FoldaRap , an open-source 3D Printer, based upon the RepRap, is on the process of being made.

But On August 5th it was reported that llan Moyer and Nadya Peek mechanical Engineering students at MIT have come up with a portable 3D Printer, they have been working on it since 2009.

It is not yet in the market but keep checking, soon it will be available.
