Hi! I realized that poser is very good for carrying out animations for different projects that I undertake in the arts industry. However, I kind of feel that the poser library is a bit limited for my needs. Is there poser libraries people can use to enhance their animations to meet the highly growing needs? Thanks.

Hello Dennie,

May I know which version of Poser you have? Poser's latest version is the Poser Pro 2012, it has some really neat features. I will be posting them below.
-

To answer your question: yes, you can use user created libraries in your Poser Pro 2012 program. However, these are not easily accessible as it’s a user option whether they want to release them or not, as such, there don’t seem to exist any known databases with these libraries.
In any case, you can still develop your own libraries easily, also owing to the great library system that Poser has, in order to enhance your personal experience.
