Hi to everyone,

There is a problem with my game zuma bb curve. Yesterday I got a successful installation process of the zuma game in my blackberry curve mobile phone, I already tried playing some new levels. However, this morning I got some error message while opening the application, unable to open file. How can I fix this?

There is a problem with my game zuma bb curve.

Hello Ms. Barry,

I believe you need to post the exact error message here so we could detect what is the cause of the error message.

Unable to open file means that the file/ files needed to run the application can't be opened. The file itself can be from the execute type file or library file.

For now, solution that i could suggest are :

1. Do hard restart in your blackberry device
2. Re-installing the zuma game by deleting it first, and then install it again from blackberry application world.
