Hi,

There is a problem with my VMware View Client running on Ubuntu. It has failed to connect desktop.

The screenshot of the message is given below.

Please help.

Hello Joby,

To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:

• Uninstall and then reinstall the application.
• At the same time try flushing the registry of any old VMware references and see if that will fix the issue.
• If you still get the issue, you will need to try to upgrade the PC to the View 4.5 client.
