Hi there,
I have encountered problem regarding Internet Explorer security settings. When entering a site that a certificate is required, an error message regarding certificate appears.
This error causes many troubles. I try to install security certificate, however, the same error message appears and the same certificate is asked for again when I visit that secured site next time.
Please advise any solutions and suggest what the kind of error is. Many thanks.

The security certificate was issued by a company you have not chosen to trust. View the certificate to determine whether you want to trust the certifying authority.
There is a problem with the site’s security certificate.
Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer requires the updated and valid certificate from the website. But as you can see, the website recommends you to download the new and update certificate from their website.
But as you browse the site, after closing the browsing activity on that site, it will required you to download the certificate even if you have already downloaded and installed the certificate.
The problem of this re-occurring error is relevant with the time settings or the time zone of your computer. Your computer’s clock must be set into the correct time zone as well as the correct time base on the location where you are surfing the internet. Here’s the scenario why this re-occurring error happened and your browsing activity is affected.
Once you have visited the site, for the security reason which is most of us didn’t know what is really the certificate issued a security to us, your browser will check for the security certificate from the sites server.
The site server will then issue a certificate based on your date and time and time zone. Off course as we expected the new certificate sent to you by the sites server is not valid because of an un-matched date of certificate to your systems date.
That will cause triggering the error to raise an invalid certificate and ask you to download and install the certificate.
In order to avoid the error code, raised by your internet browser, you must set your time and date settings for the current date and time based on your time zone.
You must also set your time zone for the correct identification of date and time of your operating system.

The first thing you should do is check the date and time are set correctly if they are not set it to current time and date.
Second reason could be that the site is not trusted to solve this you go to internet explorer – tools – internet options – click on the security tab – click on the trusted site – click on sites – add the website you want to trust and close – click on apply and then click on ok.
Close the internet explorer and open the internet explorer for the changes to take effect.
