Don't create your own folder name for your printer. Let the printer find its way when creating its own folder.

Or maybe you uninstall some programs before that didn't finish.

Let’s try this if it works:

  1. Try uninstalling again your printer’s software. Then restart your computer.
  2. After the computer has booted, open Windows Explorer.
  3. Right-click on drive C where your printer’s software should be installed, and choose Properties.
  4. Click on Tools tab.
  5. Under Error checking, hit the Check Now button.
  6. Click on the checkbox beside Automatically fix file system errors. Click Start afterwards. Wait for it to finish.

If you have a disk utility application, schedule of disk test for drive C. Try installing again your printer’s program. After you finished the installation, do a test print on your printer. There is an instruction on your printer’s manual on how to do a test print.

Every time you encounter an error while you’re printing always check these parts:

  • See if the printer is plugged correctly in the AC outlet.
  • Check if the printer is turned ON.
  • Check the printer cable or the USB plug if it’s properly attached to the printer port or USB port of the CPU.
  • Check the printer’s USB cable if it’s really working or not.
