Third party software getting error

Hello ,

I am trying to install some third party software and getting error message .

My operating system is Windows 7 home .

Why is this happen ?

Error message :

The short path of the installation path (C:PROGRA~lPhonak
GroupiPFG) contains invalid characters.

Third party software getting error

Hello Allan,

That seems to be a problem related to the setup that you are using to perform the installation. It could be corrupt. To resolve the issue, you will need to use the following workaround:

• Go to the internet to the site where you download the iPFG application and then redownload it.
• Save it on your computer in a location that you can easily trace.
• Make sure that you have a stable connection to the internet when downloading the setup so that bugs are do not develop in it that may cause the issue.
• You can reinstall the application and see if it works.
