Tips on using Cloud Sourcing

What are some tips/hints that we need to know before using the Cloud Sourcing? Do we need to use dummy sites for this? Please give me some advises. Thanks.

·         Cloudsourcing is a new word that gives a buzz in the world of Information Technology. Nowadays more companies are looking for ways to cut down their expenses in operating their business. Instead of hiring full-time employees they come up into a new style of utilizing crowdsourcing to take charge of their business effectively. 

Cloudsourcing or commonly known as crowdsourcing is the act or sub-contracting portions of a business operation to various contractors or freelancers.  If your are considering cloudsourcing you might as well check the following sites for you to be able to find qualified administrative workers, IT professionals, social media experts, web designer, article and blog writers.

They are the following: ODesk, Get-A-Coder, Freelancer, and E-lance. When you’ve entered one of these sites, all you have to do is post a job on the site and then wait for the contractors bid. And when you find a qualified worker you just have to browse their resume and take a look at the samples of their work, and begin the negotiation with the price that fits your budget. There is no need for you to make a dummy account in these sites for they won’t be posting every bit of information that you provided them.

When you have chosen what website you wanted to have an account with, all you have to do is make an account and then post a job on the site and wait for the contract bidders. There is no need for you to make a dummy account for these sites because their number one policy is to give their clients the privacy that they wanted.
