Tivo rip, need your help on this one

Hi guys, I have a tivo file, I wanted to ripped the contents. Can you suggest to me softwares that can tivo rip this file. Thanks for helping me out

Hi Jeffrey,

 

To rip a tivo file you'll need some kind of converter that will convert tivo to mpeg.

 

First of all you need to transfer the file to your PC. Once the file is on your HDD, you will need a converter. There are several converters from tivo to mpeg, I would suggest you to use DirectShow Dump. It is a free tool used to extract the content of the tivo files as an MPEG. 

Install and run DirectShow Dump then add files through the 'File' menu.

 

Once your file is converted to mpeg, you can use any of the DVD making software to burn it to DVD.
