Toad for MySQL Error Message error opening the program

Hi there,

I have this error when I want to launch Toad for MySQL and these are the errors. I don’t have a solution for this and a friend of mine recommended this experts website where I can get some help. Please, can anyone help me please to fix this ? Why I have this error ?

Toad for MySQL Error Message error opening the program

Toad for MySQL is a free development tool that lets you quickly create and run queries, automate database object management, and design SQL code more professionally. It boosts productivity and gives access to an active user community. I don’t know the version you are using but if you are running an old version, try upgrading to the latest version, Toad for MySQL.

The latest version requires x64 Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2 for servers and Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 both x86 and x64 for non-servers. Toad for MySQL requires MySQL 4.1, 5.0, or 5.6. You also need to install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.

Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 [Standalone Installer] or Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.
